Hmmm... i don't agree.
"Protagonist" means the character around which the entire story revolves around not any type of supporting character.
Finding Nemo is about a father and son. The father needs to find the son and has the help of Dory who is a supporting character, thus she is not a protagonist.
The incredibles (which i have not seen) seems to be about an entire family so I can't really say anything about with certainty.
Wall-E is pretty self explanatory. The movie is named Wall-E. It is about Wall-E. He (it) is the protagonist. Wall-E may fall in love with Eve and she may play a big part in the story but that doesn't make her the protagonist.
As dragged by the Wife and Daughter to this movie today. I will say it wasn't as
bad as the other two they dragged me too. This one had some good fight scenes.
If they are going to make me watch Vampire stuff I would rather see "True Blood" at least I will get to see tits.

Well, maybe so but the argument (not mine, btw) is that Pixar has no female protagonists for the little girls to look up to and identify with. Disney, of course, had a lot. Whether or not those female protagonists in Disney films set good examples for little girls and whether or not those female characters represented any of the cultural diversity in American homes is an entirely different argument especially since a lot of those films were made generations ago.
Snow White
Pocahontas (a more recent example)
Ariel in the Little Mermaid
Sleeping Beauty
Alice from Alice in Wonderland (via the Carrol novel)
Cinderella
...many more that i'm sure you'd find if you searched IMDB
There will always be characters that are vital to a movie/story but that still doesn't make them protagonists.
EDIT - i'm not knocking Pixar at all, i'm just saying that not having female leads is the only real mark against them that i've ever heard. The stories are always fully baked, well thought out and smartly written. The animation is always top notch as well.

By that same vein, there really isn't that many male protagonists in Disney films for little boys to look up to. Who do boys get? Pinocchio the liar, Dumbo the fucking flying elephant, and Peter Pan the psycho. I think Pixar's films give boys some heroes to look up to like Disney does for girls.
Grown Ups was perfectly mediocre.
Just enough "humor" to make you keep watching but the whole "OH MY GOD, MAN, YOU'RE SO FUCKING FUNNY HAHAHALAWLZHA" jokes that aren't funny, really fucking suck.
