There are about 3 or 4 ways to do it off the top of my head. AE will def be the simplest but i'm in my bed with my laptop which doesnt have AE so i'm just gonna do it in PS.

Gimme 15 minutes or so i'll see what i can come up with.

I started in PS then realized it would literally take 1/4 the time to do it in AE.

I can explain how to do it both ways if anyone wants to know. If not, here is what i got and I'm not spending any more time on it for today.

I can motion track some eyelashes onto it but not today, i have too much work to do.

Now that it is shrunken down to avatar size the pink is even darker. I might change it tomorrow.
