I had the misfortune of spilling a few beers on my computer a while ago, so I understand the appeal of waterproofing, but from what you're saying, how messy of a shitter are you?
And for thread relevancy, I'm reading The Fat Duck Cookbook by Heston Blumenthal. Work of fucking art.
I kill grownups for fun but for a lollipop, I'm gonna carve him up real nice

Which edition? The one that came out this Christmas or the ridiculous on from the year prior? I own several badass cookbooks including some of the El Bulli in English and Castillan but that thing is crazy cool.
My friends got it for me. Fucking $250!

The Little Fat Duck. A local bookstore has the Big Fat Duck, I flipped through it and it's the exact same content, just bigger. Have you seen Heston's show from BBC? Fucking badass as well, I need to upload them and get them posted. I've got a copy of the '98-'02 El Bulli disc, can't find any of the others though. Shit's crazy expensive. I'm also reading On Food & Cooking by Harold McGee cover to cover.

I don't know about this book - but I've stayed in Room 1220 @ the St Francis (where the party took place w/ Chaplin, Rappe, etc.) and caught bits of the story over the years from a family friend who was the Concierge there. Huge slice of Hollywood/pop/tabloid history.

What took place there was real. I've been hearing the story since I was a kid. The sad fact was he really was framed and made the patsy of Hollywood.
