Adobe ImageReady CS in conjunction with PS CS
If you can use PS CS, ImageReady is similar.

frames #13 to #114 are the only ones that need correct change to pink. I and thinking of a way to do it quickly but alast it will take sometime.

easiest way would be to find the original video, do it in fcp, then reconvert to a gif
what happens if i put a gif in FCP?

your right but still we have to capture the object in the frame and color change it frame for frame until it is out of the scene
