Just next to my place of employment is a shitload of waste land that the local council is in the 5 year process of deciding what the fuck to do with. To make it look like they're doing anything, they put this shitty hoarding up around it. 3 years later, the council gets complaints that the harding is looking shitty, so theu reach out to local youth organisations to 'decorate' the area. Shitty council, awesome result.. (I took these in sequence as I walked along the adjacent footpath..

My daughter has a project for her Photography Class that involves getting some graffiti pictures. My wife and I went with her to a place here in Dayton that has been specifically set up for graffiti. Here's one pic I grabbed with my cell phone (wife in background)
