Looks like diabetic necrosis to me. That shit is bad, leads to gangrene and often to amputations too. I told my mother to look at that shit next time she complains about going to the vascular doctor.

omg i can only imagine the smell coming off of that. we had a lady at the hospital who wouldn't follow her diet and kept diabetic ulcers on her feet and she smelled like a dead body.
