Fucked over on ebay, how to get revenge?

I got fucked on ebay once and got some revenge. Look up other items he is selling by his user name and when it gets close to the end of the auctions bid very, very, very high. When it ends, ebay takes their percentage of the sale from his credit card and in order for him to get that percentage back he has to file for a non-payment. He will get his money back eventually, but it makes for living hell (about 17 days of it). I told a couple of friends to do the same and the poor bastard had to create a new user and start with zero feed back.

Fuck bad ebay sellers. They piss me off.

i don't trust ebay for shit. never bought anything from there, and never will. you just learned the hard way.

I've bought lots of stuff on ebay. Never have gotten screwed. Doesn't mean it won't happen the next time I order, but if you are careful, you minimize the chances.

eBay has a dispute section, which can be useful. Log into your account, go to your my eBay section and click the 'Dispute Console'

This will get eBay staff involved in the arbitration. Also, print off the auction listing, and emails, and the receipt for your check/verification it was deducted from your account.

You can sue him in small claims as an eBay purchase is a legal contract, it is very very easy to win those cases if you keep your proof.

But before suing, try out the eBay dispute console. I have been involved with eBay in various degrees since '99 and have had to use the dispute service twice. Both times they helped me receive my items.

But as others have said, use paypal from now on. I've had to dispute one thing since signing up for paypal and I did it through the paypal dispute service. Paypal reversed my payment and returned my money to me, piece of cake.

Once you get the item though, still sign him up for tons of gay porn and spam for his general douchebaggery.
