I have an Inside Sales job for a POS Hardware/Auto ID Distribution company. I spend most of my time on the phone and on the computer making money. When it is slow I am on DSF forum laughing my A off.

It is good money, but I am inside and I like to move around a lot.

I worked for them for awhile. That sucked. Now I work for a different company. I love what I do but it's still hard to tell someone that their home can't and won't be fixed. Kinda adds that "salt to the wound" so to say. I've seen quite a bit of devestation from this storm. More the other recent ones, even Katrina and Rita weren't this bad.

By title I am the Senior IT technician in a 3 person IT department.

Based on what I do during the day it can be 1st level Help Desk to System Administrator as well as the person with common sense in a company that is filled with idiots.
