In all fairness his WCW run was years later and ECW by that time was so poorly run that nobody was going to get over anymore.

Don't get me wrong Froth, I definitely understand that the documentary was slanted to make Ultimate Warrior look as fucking crazy as possible. I still give him credit for lasting as long as he did in the sport and still being alive out of it. I do not totally get his Motivational Speaking career but I'd love to see him go old school in Spain. He still might be my favorite intercontinental champion of all time, complete with the Baby Blue belt, haha.

i'll give you that, but there is no denying that he lacked the ability from the very beginning. the other promoters couldn't sell him the way vince could and it seemed like he didn't matter either way.

Oh, I agree that he was never much of a wrestler, but it helps to have the guy in his prime and at a time when people would go for a guy that's all looks and no moves. He wouldn't be good for much today even if he were still in his prime, no matter who's marketing him.

i concur. people would tear him up today...the whole big cut guy with no skill doesn't fly anymore. good thing for me, im only 6ft. 200lbs.

i beg to differ. please see wrestlemania VI and add 19 years. for the suckfest that would be them at wrestlemania XXV.

think indy 4...19 years later...19 years shittier.

p.s. you are not crazy, the nostalgia factor would totally sell tickets, it would just be so hard to enjoy. leg drop vs. big splash...

warrior is the most pathetic wrestler to get the biggest push. he was shit 20 years ago, and he'll be even worse today. he only had good matches with guys who knew how to carry him, like macho man or ravishing rick rude. ugh, and the match with hogan at wm 6 is fucking dreadful.
