I cant do medium rare...I'm at medium right now...Ill get there one of these days. I have a bad experience once and its taken me years to work my way back from fully cooked.

They use some super oven, I don't know how they actually cook it but it's between medium rare and rare.

it's very rare (ha ha) that you actually get medium rare when you ask for it. Usually when you ask for med rare, it is medium, and when you ask for medium, you usually get medium well. At least that's my experience.

And yes it is better that way, sometimes

LOL. My sister eats hers medium rare and I just cant..I'm stuck at Medium or Medium well. Ive tried it, but its just too much for me.
