well, this was my second sample, and they didn't find any motile spermatozoa on the first go, so my prognosis is good. That said, my mate at work had a vasectomy a few years ago and his tubes managed to find each other and re-sealed themselves, so he had to have the procedure done again - and the only way to do it it to go through the same scar tissue

The wif and I used that for a few months. Then switched to FitBit's app, then to My Fitness Pal. MFP is much better than the others. MFP sync's with Fitbit and other devices too.

If you have an iPhone 5+, upgrade to iOS8.1 or better. Play around with the Health app. It's pretty cool. Has a ways to go and it seems like they expect you to get the watch (Fuck no I'm not spending that much...). Best thing is it's a steps tracker so if you keep the phone on you, it's only one device to worry about (I keep killing FitBit Zips...)

Appreciate the tips

Unfortunately (fortunately?) I'm an Android girl though.

My boyfriend offered to get me one of those watches, but I know I had a pink watch kind of like it that could track your pulse rate and all that, but I lost it so I don't want him to waste money on another.

I'm figuring doing something is still better then nothing.

Next week is gonna be a bitch though. I have just over a pack of cigs left and that's it.

Should be interesting.
