That's Hogwarts. The actual Hogwarts model they used in the movies. Took my beloved and my eldest son to the making of Harry Potter tour at Leavesden Studios. It's basically a museum of as many sets and props as they could collect together.
Basically, a normal movie prop or set is a pretty throwaway thing. But because they knew they were making sets that would have to withstand 7 (or 8) movies, these ones were built to last, meaning that the propmasters had all these massive things sitting in storage, waiting for a chance to be used again. Best example of this is:
Used once in the second movie, but as they had it in storage, they could use it again for the last one.
It's expensive, and the gift shop isn't cheap, but I'm a massive HP geek (and damn proud) so for me is was amazing. My son was captivated throughout, and for a kid with ADHD, that's a rare thing.
Yes, I did buy a wand.
