true, but you can always tell the better sound quality from a yamaha, harmon and kardon, or denon amp for example versus the cheaper japanese made amps, just for an example
So this last semester hasnt all been in vain. Our groups final project was to build a website with health podcasts (which I ran in charge of). We showed it off to the community yesterday, and were notified today that our city representatives for State Health Services are taking it to Austin to showcase. It makes all the stress and sleepless nights worth it. YAY!

Fo sure. I would have gotten Bose, but I don't have the kind of money to drop on a system. I've got Bose computer speakers and they rock.
I think Onkyo is right up there with Yamaha and H&K, etc. My only complaint with it, which I knew going into it, was that all the HDMI inputs are only passthrough so I'd still have to run separate audio lines and then just assigned the audio input to the HDMI input. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of HDMI, but whatever. The only thing I have HDMI is my 360 anyway so I'll just wire the audio for it straight from the TV.
sean avery (nhl hockey player at a pre game interview) quote from this afternoon
"I am really happy to be back in Calgary, I love Canada," Avery told the media. "I just want to comment on how it's become like a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds. I don't know what that's about. Enjoy the game tonight
and his sloppy second just happens to be Elisha Cuthbert
and he is talking to Deon Phanuef who is throwing the wood to her now

bose speakers sound nice, i have an older yamaha amp (prob 12 yrs old now) and polk audio speakers with an atlantic technologies powered 10" sub and everything sounds very crisp, and can blow the windows out of my house if need be. the 75w x 5 have lots of power. i would like some B & W speakers i heard a pair once and they were unreal
