Even with all my music file hosting, I still have to pay...
I've read a few of the old threads but just seemed like as much work as paying the $$.

I took a snapshot of my music folder.
I have less than 8Gigs of music but it's all backed up and I can get it all back anywhere. Not to mention all my pictures and vids and other shit.

last i checkd i had over 700GB of music. I'm sure some of the hardcore music guys like Godfather or Posty have well over a terrabyte

since iTunes is a piece of shit and can't handle libraries of music over 150GB or so i usually move my music to and from my iTunes folder according to what i feel like listening to.

for instance my Pink Floyd folder is HUGE but i go thru months of not wanting to listen to any so i'll offload it to an external drive until i feel like hearing some... etc

I hear ya.
I have every Floyd release, Doors, Beatles, Crue and tons of others. I should get an external but I'm probably getting a new laptop in a year.
My point is that, computers crash, externals get bong water spilled into them and shit gets deleted sometimes. When I get a new computer I'll retrive all my shit right to that new one
