I spent all day working at a waste water treatment plant in Valdese, NC. That was a shitty job.

No mask. Just dealt with the smell. Not fun.

Latex gloves are always a good move.

It is not the first waste water treatment plant I have worked in but today was one of the worst. I had to take flow measurements. That involves sticking a calibrated yard stick into an open flume full of human waste. I don't need to say it but it was disgusting.

There has to be an easier way to make a buck.

its fun to look at all the rainbow sewer trout, last time i did a tour a few months ago there was lots in the leaking pools, and lots of tampoons

Andrew's day reminds me the Seinfeld BO episode. I imagine you would smell pretty bad yourself after working in that place all day.

we went on a warm day so its a bit worse, you could see the mist in the air, i wasnt really wanting to touch anything then touch anywhere near my face.
