Ugh, anyone have a quick and easy way to deal with stress? Life seems to make me very very grumpy and grouchy. Spent most of yesterday in a bad mood and screaming at my kids and then I woke up and the littlest thing sets me off.
But, on the plus side, I have lose 20 pounds sit I got my little fitbit flex. Under 200 for the first time in years.

It might not work for you cause of the whole kids & family thing, and it takes a few decades, but what I've done to keep myself from snapping was convincing myself that I don't actually exist.
