Yes, I can resize it manually, or double click the header, and maximize. But the next time I open a new window, it reverts back to the minimized size.

so im sitting in the mall outside the wifes store waiting for her to finish work and i see a buddy that i worked with 5 yrs ago, that had got transferred and to another city. his wife had tattooed my back piece and now hes back in town for a while working. and i will be getting my tattoo finished finally and maybe another one. thats one think thats good about life. the randomness of it all
