I'm betting they aren't concerned with people that stumble onto the site. I think they are looking for frequent visitors and people that are clicking into the thumbnail sets of little girl and incest pics. That would be my guess so, no, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

It is basically an image/video host but offers user galleries as its main draw. It has become a haven for CP pics and vids and unlike 4chan the pics don't get deleted by admins. Hell, it's almost like they named the site motherless to attract the pedos. You can search through users' galleries and look at all sorts of stuff that will get you on a watch list.
