I agree. There is something to be said about a guy with two BCS championships and a Heisman. They knew he wasn't a prototypical qb when he entered the draft. Leave the guy alone, let him win and stop worrying about his mechanics. The will to win is something you can't teach. I hope the Broncs make the playoffs, that might shut them up for about a minute.

The biggest problem there is they're both self centered wide recievers and they don't like the idea that Tebow is proving you don't need much of a passing game to win in the NFL if you have an advanced running game and a QB that can't fit that system. It is too bad that Tebow can't pass better though. The system they are running with a strong accurate arm and Tebow is a hall of famer. Defenses wouldn't be able to cover all the options they have there.

While I don't disagree that the Meshawns and CC and especially Merril F. Hoge need to lay off Tebow, I also don't see how Tebow has proven anything at all. Though his record is good so far and his late game heroics are spectacular, it's an extremely small sample size and to say he's proved they can win that way is short sighted. There's a lot of football to be played yet and the guy keeps taking a beating every game. Can he stand up to all that punishment and stay healthy?

FWIW I'm a big Tebow fan (how can you not love the guy?) and I HOPE he proves every assmunch doubter wrong but he hasn't proven shit yet.

I'm not saying it'll hold up for an entire season. Just that with a good running scheme you can get around his lack of passing ability from time to time. There will be teams that will stop this system. They are not likely to beat a solid run defense this way, but a lot of NFL teams don't have good run defenses. At least 3 of those teams are in his division...Unfortunately Denver is one of them.

Unless Tebow retires I think that the NFL will ban praying during the games next season.

Well that's fair. I mean how many times have we seen Brady go out and win games while his teammates were all on the bench.

It's not like it's a team sport where no one wins without support from their team.

When you take the entire Tebow segment into context you see just how much the NFL hates him and won't be satisfied until they catch him showering with 10 year old boys.

Wait...that happens in the NFL too?!?

As a side note, Tebow is "interesting" to watch...but I don't think he's up to the 1st string QB yet. As mentioned above, his antics will take him only so far when playing against elite players.

But I could be completely wrong...I'm an AZ Cardinals fan.

Intetesting listening to Elway last night before the game, he says that Teebow will be there next year, he also stated that he hasn't worked/groomed him yet, he is waiting until the season is over.
