The Contender. Jeff Bridge's character portrayal of the President is the best ever to be played by an actor in TV or cinema.

And one of the best lines ever written.
Laine Hanson: [closing remarks at Congressional confirmation hearing] ... So watching a few whilst on holiday.... here's an update....

I really liked this. I am a Cohen fan, but that aside thought it was really good.

Quite good. Bit strange in places, but that was kinda the point.

Awesome film. Farrell is excellent.

Maybe I didn't get it.... but this film is way too long and drags like a fucker.

Quite enjoyed this. Not amazing, but good.

Damn good film. Excellent performances all round.

Just got back from it, damn great movie.

Honestly, I only saw it because the damn commercials kept it secret and it was driving me mad not knowing. It starts off painfully slow but wins in the end.
