It is pretty easy. There is a button at the top of the reply box for inserting images. It looks like two mountains and a sun, when you hover over it, it says "Insert Image."

Click that and it gives you a place to enter your ling. Right click the photo and choose properties. Copy and paste the location in the popup box. (Sometimes if you copy the web address from the top it will turn into a link.) It will produce and image code that will look like this...minus the spaces...
