I have yet to figure out what Mole is. I do know what homemade tortillas are and I know they're the shit.

Aren't they... My grandma taught me how to make em. Flour ones... havent learned how to do corn tortillas yet..
And the dish Mole can be made chicken.... the base sauce is a very odd but delicious combination of chile and chocolate...very rich. Everyone makes it different, some like it sweeter some like it hotter....just depends on the person and mostly the sauce is added to chicken, but some people alter it to add to anything....

I can make mediocre ones following the recipe on the mix you find in the Mexican foods section, but the best ones come from the crappy little taco shacks that will either give you food poisoning or the best barbacoa in the world.
