on tuesday my wife and i are going to quit smoking. i think its going to be harder on her than me. im in the process of smoking myself sick until then, so ill always remember how shitty i felt right before quitting.

yeah, first of the month, seemed a good date. i quit for several years, so i know what to expect, she doesnt. weve managed to get a few other people involved, so weve created a support group, more or less. looking forward to it. and thanks!

You can do it. I smoked 2 cartons in a week before I quit. I wanted one about a month into quitting, I smoked one and it tasted like shit, so I never looked back. That was in 2000. Good luck!

quiting is a bitch...i can go weeks without even thinking about a cigerette but the one night a month i go out i put down a pack of newport 100's like its nothing...i think maybe that's why i only smoke one night a month, my chest hurts for three weeks lol
