LOL.Life would suck I guess,since someone like me is full of questions,

Like,why aren't the crackheads across the road from me evicted yet?

And why does the same fuckin crackhead ask me for money every single day,when he knows my answer is always no.

When this fuckin crackhead kid asked me for 2 bucks today,I told him to fuck off,and stop asking me for money.

Then he went to ask my neighbors sitting outside,and I told him that half of them are custy's too,and they will not give him money.

I told him his only hope was to become a fag,and sell his ass on the street.

I don't think he liked that too much.lol

Been thinking of doing that too, but no, the crack heads ask me for money. I live on $1000 a month disability and manage my money so they think I'm rich and keep bugging me for money. If I miss my rent. my landlord would be on my ass in a half a heart beat, but can't get them evicted and I'd like to know why, what is their secret.

I live in an area saturated with ppl who live in govt housing,and
there are even some subsidized unit's in my complex.

From what I understand,someone can go 3 months legally without paying rent,before being evicted.

And what most of these fuckers do,is they wait until it's almost 3 months,
then they start negotiating deals with Housing,to prevent them from being evicted.

As long as they are paying a little extra each month on their rent,
then they don't get kicked out.

And for some lucky buggers on the system,they will recieve what is called a "Rents a reared" cheque,which basically pays the landlord the remainder of what the tenant owes them.So essentially,they get off scott free.

Plus,Housing is very reluctant to evict ppl,cause they need a certain amount of ppl on Disability/Welfare to fill their quota,as it's all about numbers for them,and it looks good on paper.

You practically have to commit murder,to get evicted out of the complex I live in.And even then,you are not evicted right away.lol

A few murders,and shit of that nature, have happened,since I have lived here.
