SANTA ANA (KTLA) -- A man accused of ejaculating twice into a co-worker's drinking water is scheduled to appear in court Friday to face sentencing for assault and battery.

Michael Kevin Lallana "felt that was as close as he could get" to the 29-year-old executive assistant, said Deputy District Attorney Brock Zimmon.

"He did it for the purpose of sexual gratification."

The 32-year old from Fullerton admitted that he ejaculated into an "attractive" co-worker's water bottle because "her lips had touched it," but told detectives he never thought she would drink it.

He faces a maximum sentence of one year in jail and sex offender registration.

He was charged in February with six misdemeanor counts of releasing an offensive material in a public place and assault, with sentencing allegations for committing a crime for sexual gratification.
Lallana's attorney Eduardo Madrid argued against the charged of misdemeanor assault and battery.

"There was no application of force," Madrid contended.

"It doesn't make any sense. How could there be an assault? (The co-worker) wasn't even there."

The incident happened on January 14, 2010, at the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company in Newport Beach, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.

Investigators say Lallana entered the victim's office and deposited his semen into a water bottle that was on his co-worker's desk.

The defendant is accused of leaving the semen-filled water bottle on the victim's desk which she drank when she returned to her office.

The victim, who was unaware of the bottle's contents, drank the contaminated water. She threw it away after feeling sick, investigators say.

Three months later, the victim and six other employees, including the defendant, were transferred to the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company's Orange branch. That's where a second incident occurred, according to officials.

On April 9, 2010, Lallana is accused of assaulting the same victim by depositing his ejaculation into another water bottle that the victim left on her desk. The victim took a sip from the bottle, then felt sick. She decided to send the specimen to a private lab to be tested.

The lab contacted her and told her the water bottle contained semen, police said.

The victim then notified the Orange Police Department .

DNA tests confirmed the semen belonged to Lallana.

A DAD-of-four who split up a fight in a McDonald?s was shot dead moments after being told he wouldn?t see the morning.

Raymond Mitchell, 34, had only popped into the restaurant to buy a hot chocolate.

But he apparently caused offence after splitting up two men fighting in the queue.

One of them, who had several gold teeth, shouted at Raymond: ?You are gonna die tonight, you are not gonna see the morning.?

The thug is then said to have phoned an accomplice to fetch a gun, yelling into his mobile: ?Bring me that thing.?

Raymond left the 24-hour McDonald?s but was chased into a cul-de-sac. The gun was then delivered and Mr Mitchell was beaten and pistol-whipped before being shot three times in an alley in Brixton, South London, at 6.50am on Sunday. Raymond, nicknamed Brown, was taken to hospital but died hours later.

One neighbour, who saw the shooting but was too terrified to be named, said: ?He was begging, literally begging for his life. I didn?t dare look out my window in case they saw me. I heard them laughing and swearing at him, calling him a ?b***h?. I heard them laughing afterwards as well.?

Raymond?s partner, who asked not to be named, said: ?I?m terrified. They?re still out there and they?ve not been caught. I?ve been told how they were laughing, actually laughing after they beat him and shot him. How could anybody do something like that??

She had been out drinking with Raymond on Saturday night before he went into the West End to meet some friends for drinks.

She said: ?Everybody loved him. He was well known around Brixton. Just a friendly guy.?

His family left tributes and flowers at the murder scene. One of his sons, Raquan Mitchell-Perry, 11, described as a ?brilliant dad? in a poem. The Met?s Trident unit is investigating the murder.

Bukkake Production Reportedly Robbed


VAN NUYS, Calif. ? A bukkake shoot where the participants were to be
paid in cash was reportedly robbed by an armed man Wednesday night. The
production was at Van Nuys Studios in Van Nuys, Calif.

"We usually pay the first 50 guys in cash," director Jim Powers told
XBIZ. "So there's $3,750 in individual envelopes of $75. We had
everybody on the set, watching the girl, posing for the box cover, when
all of a sudden Johnny [production manager Johnny Thrust] comes in,
saying, 'I've been robbed.'

"Apparently a man came in there, pulled the gun. Johnny thought he was
kidding, but the guy put the gun in his face and said 'Give me the
money. In the drawer. Now.' He knew exactly where it was."

Powers thinks one of the bukkake participants was involved in the robbery.

"It was an inside job, because he came at the perfect time," Powers
said. "One of the guys in the bukkake was texting him, saying 'OK, come
now.' It wasn't some guy off the street ripping the place off. It was
well-planned. They knew exactly when everybody was in the studio.

"It was one of the bukkake guys that was involved. Not the one who did
the robbery, he got one of his criminal friends to do it."

The bukkake went off as planned, and the participants will get paid by the production company later.

Scientists Cast Doubt on TSA Tests of Full-Body Scanners



The Transportation Security Administration says its full-body X-ray scanners are safe and that radiation from a scan is equivalent to what's received in about two minutes of flying. The company that makes them says it's safer than eating a banana.
But some scientists with expertise in imaging and cancer say the evidence made public to support those claims is unreliable. And in a new letter sent to White House science adviser John Holdren, they question why the TSA won't make the scanners available for independent testing by outside scientists.
