Shoulder surgery back in 1995. scar goes all the way to the back of my armpit. tore so many tendons and ligaments that I couldn't physically keep my shoulder in the socket.

bonus points for the fresh wound on my chest from the 11-mile paddleboard race.

Awww BC let the little lady be not all the women get the Kevin Smith humor they should, but they just don't always get it. No offense to the ladies who do get it though.

I generally do appreciate Kevin Smith. To the point that I want my elderly mother to watch Dogma if nothing else...although seeing the look on her face with the donkey scene in Clerks 2 might be pretty damn funny.

Here's my latest bo-bo....



Word to the wise...always make sure you know where your carpet tack strips are before using a carpet kicker. For those not in the know....

This is a carpet tack strip (nailed to concrete subfloor and used to hold carpet stretched and in place)...



And this is a carpet kicker (used to grip carpet and push it over the tacks in strip to hold carpet in place. You place the kicker grip on the carpet and "kick" the pad on the end with your knee.)



The exposed tacks are extremely sharp and painful when introduced to the combination of exposed skin and forward momentum.

I have a shit ton of smaller scars but nothing too major.

I knocked out all my bottom front teeth though... they are all fake now. Does that count? If so, i'll post a pic of my fake teef.

Same here with Thomas had knee surgery 1 year ago, but the scars are already gone. Although I have several small non heroic scars just nothing fun or scary.
