kenny has put on quite a bit of muscle recently and i dont think he could or should try to cut to 145. plus with a win over huerta he'll get a second shot at the lightweight title so it wouldnt make much sense for him to even try to get to 145

Yeah, if gets a win against "El Matador" that'll be a good boost and he'll be looking at the title shot. Florian v Huerta is going to be a GREAT fight, I'm looking forward to it. Be interesting to see what Huerta does if he does lose to K-Flo, which is what I'm hoping happens (Huge Florian fan)...

not that it matters much who wins because neither will be able to hang with penn(yes i'm calling the penn-sherk fight right now. penn 2nd round sub). as for the loser, a fight against marcus aurelio, nate diaz, or tyson griffon would be quite interesting.

Couldn't agree more. I'm looking forward to the Griffin vs Aurelio fight that is coming up.

I think I heard it on radio interview and it was basically along the lines that he feels drained if he has to cut heavily to make weight so he just stays between 155-160. Either way I can't find a quote so I'll retract my statement.

tlock, I'm trying to find the site but right now I'm not having luck. It was a completely random site that he was doing his blogging in conjunction with so if I come across it I'll definitely pass the link on.

Completely in agreement. Sherk bugs the shit out of me. I wouldn't mind seeing Diaz against Huerta or Florian. I actually think you could not get two bonier guys in the ring if it was Florian vs. Diaz, so we'd probably get some serious blood in that one.

Florian vs Diaz would be interesting, but I think Florian would too much too soon for him right now, ala Florian vs Lauzon.

Let him get a couple of more wins against mid-tier guys and get more experience in the cage.

I'd like to see him fight Clay Guida actually, see how he copes with the tempo Clay fights at.
