Ha! I trained under Michael Mina and that guy makes Gordon Ramsey look like a pussy cat! I think I was the last person he threw a plate at. Seriously. I've got some awesome stories from my time at Aqua.

I've learned to tone it down the last few years but I can still get pretty loud when I am dissatisfied with someone's performance. I actually moved my pass window so my dulcet tones weaving profanity like an audio tapestry wouldn't drift into the dining room.

And service was great. My restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The new bar is open but I am totally laid back about it vs. the restaurant.

I have a kitchen that you can see into, but not what you would call open.

When we opened Aqua Bellagio in Vegas Michael didn't care that it was an open kitchen and just teed off on some kid all night. Total Gordon Ramsey full volume, non stop belittling profanity. Towards the end of the night some guy came up and slipped a fifty in the kids chef coat and said "I'm sorry you had to go through that."

And yeah, I opened my bar about 5 weeks ago. I didn't talk aboutbit much here because it was all I worked on irl for too long. But now it's open and doing well. Whenever any of you sick fucks is in Seattle let me know. Alot.

No way! My restaurant is pretty fancy but the bar is kind of upscale dive if you will. We've got booths, a couch, wing back chairs and club chairs from garage sales, craigslist and goodwill, throw rugs on the floor, one real fireplace and an electric one; Mexican tile bar... Just a comfortable place to get a stiff drink at a reasonable price.

Did I mention the 12 foot graffiti pig on the wall when you walk in?

Yeah Sure, now you tell me, I was in Seattle doing the annual school shopping trip with my Daughter in September. Would have loved to have had a good meal. My Daughters favourite meal was the Philly CheeseSteak at the Stadium while cheering on the Mariners. The Filet at the Keg one night was OK, but nothing special.

What part of town are you in? We usually stay in Renton and my daughter shops in Tullalip.
