i couldnt agree more, i'm laid off for another 2 weeks. no good story on this just that it was a seasonal job. I've been laid off since Dec

i bet i have send out 50 resumes in the months since Dec for full and part time jobs and i have not been called once. makes a guy feel awesome

I temped for a couple years at 2 separate company. My first was Unilever and it was fucking awesome. Very flexable with the hours and tons of college chicks working in Customer Service. Problem was that unless you were younger than 25 and a woman you had no fucking chance of getting hired permanantly.

The ratio was 80% women to 20% men.

Being out of work blows hard and not something ( I like) to make fun of. You're mistakes are your own and now you're placing a greater value on the decisions you made when you were younger. We all do that.

Look, I've been unemployed but never fired many, many times.

I've hired dozens as well as firing as a manger. I am more than happy to help anyone here who wants help with their resumes or where to search for jobs.

been unemployed since October...got a promotion in december of 08 and didn't get my pay increase until may 09. Every month after my job was threatened. I got let go so my accounts could go to a major ass kisser that was probably sucking the boss off. That little faggot fuck! But whatever, haven't missed the place one fucking bit

My situation sucks cause I let it happen. I developed a serious panic disorder while working at the tmobile call center and it eventually got so bad that my doctor told me I had to quit. He asked me if I wanted to go on disability because he said it may take a while before I can be functional again. Up until this point I haven't been without working for more than a 3 day weekend. I thought I'd be able to find a job no problem and just signed up for unemployment instead. Now my unemployment is out and I may be facing a felony with that stupid weed thing and fucking everyone asks if you're a felon. Fuck I hope I don't get charged, cause if I do my life is over.
