We seem to have a lot of lurkers and I know they keep the site running with their ad clicks too but there has to be a way to boot people who have been forum members for over a year and not even posted once. at least go to the introduce yourself thread c'mon people we want to meet you.

Hopefully they are lurking so that they can truly learn how to be a productive member of the forum. That or they are scared that they will be BRUNSWK'D after their first post.

But I do agree. Post away lurkers.

I found this great "How to now seem like a n00b" instructional vid.

I learned a few things there. I recommend all lurkers and new people to check this out. You will get loads of respect if you follow these rules.

I can't Imagine that they would get BRUNSWK'D for just saying thank you or putting something up to share (unless it is already up) or just introducing themselves.

then again they might.

It's just like any neighborhood... There are the friendly neighbors who have BBQ's and beers together and interact with eachother and there are some neighbors that never come outside and just sit inside their houses by themselves.

Guess which ones the lurkers are? And so we can't just kick them out if they are shy. But trust me, if the only thing they do is request stuff without commenting or giving back, i will be giving them warnings.

I just sent out a fresh batch of warnings this morning!

I lurked for a long time befoe starting to post. I like to get the feel of a forum before actually jumping in.

There is very little that I can post since I'm on a work computer and enjoy my job. I just say thanks a lot and try to jump in here and there.

Just saying thanks, making a quick comment here and there, and clicking on the adverts makes you ok in the Pendragon book.

Not that there is a book, and even if there was it would have lots of pictures and things to color!
