That is really cool. I wrote a paper on him back in my 1st attempt at college. He was a mathematician also. A lot of his paintings contained mathematical principles.

BTW, these pics are awesome. Escher is one of the reasons i got into art in the first place. I saw his work as a kid and my mind = blown.
