Black Label banner ad

There's a Black Label banner ad that shows up on the side of the site every now and then and whenever i've tried clicking it (from multiple networks now because it's bothering me), i get a message telling "no spamming bots". Is DS missing out on money 'cause this site has a lot of IPs blocked?
