Just next to my place of employment is a shitload of waste land that the local council is in the 5 year process of deciding what the fuck to do with. To make it look like they're doing anything, they put this shitty hoarding up around it. 3 years later, the council gets complaints that the harding is looking shitty, so theu reach out to local youth organisations to 'decorate' the area. Shitty council, awesome result.. (I took these in sequence as I walked along the adjacent footpath..
