Ha! I trained under Michael Mina and that guy makes Gordon Ramsey look like a pussy cat! I think I was the last person he threw a plate at. Seriously. I've got some awesome stories from my time at Aqua.

I've learned to tone it down the last few years but I can still get pretty loud when I am dissatisfied with someone's performance. I actually moved my pass window so my dulcet tones weaving profanity like an audio tapestry wouldn't drift into the dining room.

And service was great. My restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The new bar is open but I am totally laid back about it vs. the restaurant.
