quick question for anyone. on friday I bought a tri tip and it said sell by Nov 1st, Want to cool it tonite I was wondering if it ol to cook, since i cut it open and it doesn't smell, but like a 1cm og the meat on the outside ring is brown the rest is red. No is it ok for me to eat or should i dump it.
