Who The Fuck Is Calling Me?

Why do I keep getting calls everyday during the week from people who don't say anything?

I have a feeling it's the people who broke into our house over a year ago checking if there is anyone home(they've also broken into like 4 houses on our street since the past 3 years or so), but it's getting really fucking annoying.

Aside from *69ing it, does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

I read somewhere that hitting # and * over and over fucks up their phone, but I don't think its true...
