Everyone at my job abuses the shit out of this word. I work at a resort and we use the word schmale in place of an insult. Instead of saying, "what's up asshole?" we say "What's up schmale?" You should start using it.

Urban Dictionary definition:

1. Schmale: A schmale is a name for a person that is pulled over on the side of the road and is being arrested. Could also mean any person being arrested or in handcuffs.

2. It is also used as an insult or used in place of a bad word in a sentence.

examples:

You're a dirty schmale.

That guy pulled over is a schmale.

What's up schmale?

Sounds like the time one of my students used the phrase "skosher..." I asked her what the she meant and she said "Ya'll don't know nothing about no Japanese phrases" and laughed at me.
