I had the about every earlier console, but first favorite was N64-Golden Eye. I think me and my buddies would play for hours. Right now my time is spent between PC and my XBox 360. PC-WoW and League of Legends and Xbox is Black Ops to Zombs.

I think I've spent by far the most time and had the most fun playing zelda oot on the n64 (and sometimes the gamecube when the n64 doesn't work)

my brother and all my firends would play super smash bros on n64 for hours and hours on end too.

i just finished playing oblivion on the ps3 too which was a ton of fun. i tried playing fallout last night and i really suck at it, but the look and feel of it is amazing. I read the entire dark tower series again when i was in the hospital and bits of fallout is exactly what i imagine the dark tower world to be like.

i spent countless hours playing Half-Life and the "They Hunger" mods on the pc. Return To Castle Wolfenstein was a lot of fun too.

on the wii, i like Resident Evil 4, Smash Brothers, and Mario Kart.

the 360 is by far my favorite console. its got everything i want wrapped up in one device. games, netflix, and the ability to watch all my movies from an external hdd without needing another device. i havent gotten around to modding it yet, and im not sure i will. i like playing online too much to risk being banned. the games i seem to play the most are COD 4, Resident Evil 5, Gears of War, and Half-Life 2. good times.

Just bought an Original NES and Atari 2600 a few weeks ago. had to get Punch Out and Tecmo Bowl for NES and Donkey Kong , Asteroids and Pong for the Atari.

Pong is the greatest game ever made!!

I thought we already had a favorite video/computer game thread, but I loved my C64 for gaming when I was younger. Big fan of the N64 too. My girlfriend and I together have amassed a Wii, N64, NES, PS2, and a Retron3 (which plays NES, SNES, and Genesis games).

I'd have to say the NES is still my favorite console. My friends and I spent countless hours playing Contra. I was also a big fan of Final Fantasy, Metroid, Mario, and Zelda.

For N64 it was Mario Kart, Goldeneye, Zelda OOT, and Star Fox 64.

PS2 had me playing GTA San Andreas & Vice City, Twisted Metal Black, Gran Turismo 3 & 4, Final Fantasy X, SSX, Devil May Cry, and Madden.

For my PS3, I spend most of my time playing Madden, Metal Gear Solid 4, COD Modern Warfare 2, Resistance Fall of Man I & II, and Star Wars The Force Unleashed.

I've become a real retro freak in my ascending years, and my first console will always be my first love

MegaDrive (Genesis) /MegaCD/32X. I must have spent ?550 in total, way back in 1990/93 to get the whole kit. The megaCD was the bollocks. I never owned Night Trap, but I did buy Ground Zero Texas, which was fucking awesome (The FMV, not so much).

But my fave game on that console was Flashback by Delphine software. Motion captured sprites and a a proper sci-fi plot

I sold the console waaaay back when, but I recently discovered Wgens32, genesis emulator, plus a couple of sites that supplied the ROMs. Some intensive googling found the necessary Bios files and Flashback, GZT, and even Virtua Racing for the 32X mushroom of doom (which could actually play Doom) wre all fired up again

I even found a genesis emulator for my PSP (picodrive) FUCKING AWESOME!!
