Symmetrical book stacking. Just like the Philadelphia mass turbulence of 1947.

Default Emma Watson kinda allegedly nude in Regression (2015) (Spoiler-y)

Subtly used by the media as a USP for the movie, the actual scene itself is kinda throwaway, and there's no guarantee whatsoever that it's actually Emma, although the physique is correct. Make of it what you will.

Here's the clip. Don't read too much into what you see here. I'll explain below

As for the movie itself, although Emma gets second billing, she's probably on screen for a maximum of 10 minutes, it's more concentrated on Ethan Hawke as he investigates Emma's claims that she was abused by her father as part of a satanic ritual that were all the rage in the 80's.

Spoilers

Except they weren't, she made the whole thing up to get away from her crappy family. The film actually works more as a rebuttal of regression therapy and how it could be abused in an era of heightened paranoia about something that never actually happened. The twist, as it were is deftly explained by Shawn Ambrose's character very early in the film. The scenes depicted are actually from a dream sequence.
