can't speak for the ladies but when I was younger a few of the girls came to bed with Koolaid. You could probably substitute whatever sweet drink is your favorite. Keep it nearby to help wash down the load. If you want to get used to the taste and texture so that you don't always need a drink handy you can go back for more. There's always a few extra drops that work their way out after the main blast. Chugalug and then go back down (gently - remember the head will be sensitive as hell) and savor the last few drops. Get used to the feel and taste that way and you can work your way up to the full load. Maybe next time have him give you a pearl necklace and wipe a larger amount of that up and let him watch you eat that. In no time at all you'll be craving his dessert.
