I always go for facial cues as moles and pimples can be a little imprecise. First port of call is the tip of the nose and nostrils. Kaley's septum (the bit of skin on the underside of the nose between the nostrils) goes up again between the tip of the nose and her top lip. The girl in the bra has a septum that slopes down from tip to lip. Kaley also has a couple of extra freckles above her right boob that aren't evident in the other pic
