How come when my husband misses a signature required UPS package, he's able to rearrange delivery for the next day during a time period I'll be home, but when it happens to me, I have to go to a center and pick it up. Went through his same motions, but the option was unclickable for me.
Like they inspected the package and they just want to see who the heck ordered it for their amusement or some other type of shenanigans.
