Decided 3 and a half years ago to quit.
No pills, patches, potions or whatever.
Damn it was hard.
But well worth it. (For the wallet too. Smoking is an expensive habit in the UK)
It is a lot damn easier now smoking is prohibited in bars here too.
That was the hardest.
Still get cravings if I have a drink or 12 @ home.
