I just quit smoking and its really not that bad. Im 29 and ive been smoking since i was 15 or so, heavily since 18. I have a lot of nervous energy and my legs do that shaky up and down thing when im on the PC but i think you just need to focus it on something else. Its tough to train your mind to think about other things. when in doubt, youtube the lungs and heart and how they look after smoking for years. The larynx procedures, all that nasty shit. It worked for me
