A fly lands on you and implants a egg under your skin and the grub grows up using you as a host. When it metamorphoses into a fly it breaks out and fly's away. I know a guy who waited until the one in his forehead was ready to morph and he put a jar over it and caught the fly. They come from jungles in South America.
