Seems like a good time to make the next round of 10 year badges to the following users who have hit the mark AND have at bare minimum signed it the past few months:

For quite a few of you, this is your first badge!

For Rockula, he now has some other badges I was going to award years ago, but he stopped posting so I didn't. I made the block back then so I'm giving those with this one too.

I wanted to do this one when I gave the last round of badges, but I didn't have a good base bar until now.
