No, I need to know what some lady who ain't there anymore did 4 years ago when I wasn't there, but damn it don't you trust that number, just know it and memorize and and repeat it no less than 17 times and then you go and not just get an updated quote, but somehow know to ask the vendor what brand of oil he puts in the machine cause that may effect the evaluation of some quantum physic thing down the line and DAMN IT WHY ARE YOU STILL FUTZING AROUND AND AREN'T FINISHED YET, THIS IS HOW WE LOSE CUSTOMERS.
