fuck me, youre a wordy motherfucker. question for you...i have a dehydrator, can i use it successfully to dry a bunch of porcinis? these porcinis are huge (and unfortunately, kinda flavorless) and were $28 per pound. they were brought all the way here from the farmers market in SF, and i would hate to see them go to waste.
