Bakersfield CA Police Shoot fleeing suspect in the back, then release attack dogs. I thought I post this since we have a discussion in the forums about the guys shot in the back in New Orleans......I read the article on this one and what the video doesn't show is the guy had a guy in his hand after he got out of the vehicle.
