I like in Kent (UK) and every thursday the Kentish Express is published. it's the normal local rag. Stories about lost pets, knitting cirles, murders in alleyways and postmen turning out to be paedoes. [sic]

Anyhoo, this thursday, there's a story about cleaning up a local cesspit that masquerades as a local park, so they interview a handy couple visiting the area and publish a pic, on the front page, and on page 3...
